- Ensure effective waste inventories, forecasting, and high-quality data and records systems that meet regulatory and site requirements
- Own and continuously improve waste quality management systems, providing expert advice and resolving incidents, non‑compliances, and improvements
- Perform the responsibilities of authorisations relevant to post, including emergency arrangements
What will I bring:
You will bring a strong technical foundation combined with confident management, able to influence across complex stakeholder environments and lead teams through change. Your experience will enable you to balance regulatory excellence, operational delivery, and continuous improvement within a demanding, highly regulated setting.
- Degree in Science or Engineering (or equivalent qualification supported by relevant professional experience)
- Extensive waste management experience in an industrial or nuclear environment, including people leadership, supply chain engagement, and implementing new ways of working or disposal routes
